Directions: From Jupiter & North:

Military Trail going south. 3rd stoplight south of PGA Blvd. is Gardenia Dr. ½ mile south of Gardenia Dr. take a right into parking lot with two off-white office buildings. AAA building is on the right, Dr. Cooley is in building on the left, upstairs #218.

From W. Palm Beach & South:

Take I-95 to Northlake Blvd. (Exit 77). Take a left. Go ½ mile to Military Trail. Take a right, go 2/10 mile and cross over to west side of Military Trail into parking lot. Follow instructions above.

Take Military Trail north. 2/10 mile north of Northlake cross over west side of Military. Follow instructions above from north.

From Wellington/Royal Palm Beach:

Take Southern Blvd. (441) to Royal Palm Beach Blvd. to the end at Orange Blvd. Left on Orange to 1st stoplight. Right on Coconut Blvd to Northlake Blvd. Take a right, drive for about 8 miles to Military Tr. Take left, go 2/10 mile, cross over to west side of Military Tr. Follow instructions above from north.
